Elementary School Library

The Elementary School Library is located at the second floor, Room K209 of Building K. It was established primarily to expose the children to good books and encourage them to broaden their reading interest. It has a wide range of balanced collections which meet the needs of the pupils and support their elementary curriculum. It also offers various programs which provide positive library experiences and encourage their use of the library materials.



Junior High School Library

The High School Library is located on the ground floor, Room M106 of Building M. The fully air-conditioned room provides a place for the students, faculty, and staff members to do their research, assignments, and leisure reading. It has a wide range of materials that both support and enhance the curriculum. It has approximately 13,000 volumes of books which include an impressive reference collection, hundreds of classics, and popular fiction collections. There are also updated vertical file materials and continuous subscriptions to journals, magazines, and newspapers to supplement the latest information needs of its researchers. It is equipped with non-print collections and audio-visual materials to support and enrich the research and instructional needs of its students and faculty members.

Main Library / College & Senior High School Library

The University’s main library was remodeled in 2010. It occupies both the first and second floors of Building H and has a total floor area of 1,337 square meters. It has a seating capacity of 1000 and is fully air-conditioned. It houses a rich collection of books and periodicals, listing more than 100,000 with hundreds of new books and non-books added regularly and over 50 print titles of local and foreign journals aside from an online subscription to PQ5000 – an online database of foreign journals and magazines both scholarly and trade Sections of the Main Library Group Study Zone This Library was designed from the “Traditional Reading Room” to “Collaborative Learning Commons”.

Our collections, housed in the area, have references pertaining to Nursing, HRM, IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Reference, Periodical Collections, General Circulation, Filipiniana, Special Collections, Rizaliana, and Fiction. We also have a Group Study Zone where students can have their collaborative discussions in groups in our three (3) Learning Common Rooms located on the second floor.

The library services are computerized to provide easy access to its collections which adapt to the Koha library system. The library also provides electronic and online resources to supplement the academic requirements of each student.

Graduate School / Law School Library

Located on the second floor of the Tower Building, this branch provides services to Graduate School and Law School clients. Although housed in one library, separate sections are provided to accommodate the needs of the clients. The Library is open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every Saturday.

The library contains over a thousand books and consists of hundreds of theses conducted by graduate students. There are also reference resources available online such as PROQUEST, the online database that provides students, faculty, and staff members instant access to high-quality journals. It covers a wide range of subject areas with over 8,000 titles in full texts, dissertations, and abstracts.
