"This research examined the effectiveness of the KDL teaching model in improving the autonomous learning, physical fitness, and sports skills of physical education students. In the quasi-experiment involving 421 students and 2 teachers from Hengyang Normal University, the experimental group showed significant improvements after the KDL model's implementation. The learning process, results, and environment improved, while learning motivation remained relatively stable." --Abstract
