Those refer to the pages in the hardbound version of TMLT where TRAIN decided to take a stop and drop off some amendments. The specific headings in the book are in Italics for easy reference. Fifth, you'll also see the new TRAIN codals and the bullet-point commentaries on it. If what's written in this supplement contradicts what's written in TMLT, then follow the "...supplement.
