"The book is presented in a simplified and concise manner and discussed according to the proceedings before the court which may serve as a tool for the students, bar reviewees, practicing lawyers, and even judges as their guide in their studies, or in the practice of their profession. This writing is also intended to familiarize the reader on the proper application of the rules on evidence on each and every factual scenario, and the availment of the proper remedy in any given legal issue or problem that may arise or may be encountered by the persons above-mentioned.
